The module worked wonderfully even on our custom theme. The documentation was thorough for our needs and support was top-notch! I actually wanted to customize the plugin and Chu walked me through and explained how my goal could be accomplished with their code. I was very impressed! I noticed that the javascript is very well organized and compact, which is great as it does not slow down the site like some other plugins.
